Rhonda Shafei

Rhonda Shafei is a Founding Partner and the Head of Investments at OneWell. She brings fifteen years of allocator experience spanning endowment, family office, and wealth management seats. Rhonda joins OneWell from Prospect Advisors, the Hillhouse Family Office. At Prospect, Rhonda was a Senior Director and Head of North America. She was previously an associate at the Harvard Management Company. She joined HMC from Hall Capital Partners, where she was a research analyst. Rhonda holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a B.A. from Columbia University. She resides in New Jersey with her husband and three children.
