Kartik Pawar is Director of Operations at OneWell. He brings extensive experience in investment operations, client services, and process excellence across leading global investment and advisory firms. Prior to joining OneWell, Kartik led operational excellence, technology integrations, and client experience initiatives at HarbourVest Partners. He previously held roles at Cambridge Associates, Dyson Capital Advisors, and Investure, where he supported operational strategy and portfolio management. Kartik holds a MEM from Dartmouth College and a BSE in Biomedical Engineering from Duke University. He resides in New Jersey with his family and enjoys breakdancing and snowboarding.
